Pizza is my go-to for a lazy night. It’s quick, easy, and low maintenance.
You can make the dough yourself or find pre-made dough at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, etc.
For this pizza, the ingredients you need are:
- 10 inch pizza crust
- 1 cup chopped cheddar cauliflower
- 1/4 cup chopped rainbow swiss chard
- 5 cloves of garlic
- shredded parmesan
- shredded gruyere
- goat cheese
- olive oil
First, follow the instructions that come with the dough you use regarding rising time and oven temp.
Sautee the garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes and then add the cauliflower. Sautee for an additional 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
Once the dough is ready and the oven is sufficiently pre-heated, shape it to your pizza stone or pan. Spread the sauteed cauliflower, garlic, and olive oil evenly over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the chopped rainbow swiss chard and add your desired amount of parm, gruyere, and goat cheese.
Pop the pizza in the oven and follow the directions from the dough regarding cook time. (If your dough does not have a specific cook temp or time, heat the oven to 375F and cook the pizza for 10 minutes. The pizza may take longer to thoroughly bake depending on the dough.)
